One of the projects of the circuit’s General Manager André Mathieu was undoubtedly to be able to offer young people wishing to take up motocross racing the opportunity to do so by offering adapted services.
‘With this new phase in our cooperation and our new focus on younger riders, we are demonstrating that we are a forward-looking circuit,’ says André Mathieu, owner of MX Lierneux. I’m delighted that we are able to present the best motocross bikes on the market to adult and junior riders. With Yamaha as our main sponsor, we ushered in a new era for MX Lierneux last year, and we have lots more exciting news in store for the near future. So keep an eye on us!
As part of its collaboration with YAMAHA RACING, this unique concept in Belgium will be launched on 16 April.
Thanks to a partnership with Yamaha dealer ANQUETY MOTOR SPORT, young children (aged 5 and over) and teenagers (up to 15) will be able to try their hand at motocross, YAMAHA RACING will be making no less than 14 bikes available, from the YAMAHA PW50 range, (for children) TTR125 and TTR110, YAMAHA YZ 125, YZ 250F The sessions will take place under the watchful eye of a certified instructor.
Adult riders will also have the opportunity to try out the YZ 450F range on a rental basis, within a timeframe to be defined.
